2017年1月于北京科技大学获得博士学位,2017年4月至2018年5月在武汉科技大学从事教学与科研工作,2018年5月至2021年6月在日本东京工业大学从事博士后研究(Masaki Azuma教授课题组),2021年11月加入中国科学院物理研究所磁学国家重点实验室M08组。


主要研究方向:

极性功能钙钛矿材料的高压制备、晶体结构、负热膨胀及相关电输运性能与机理研究

(1)负热膨胀材料的结构与成分设计、制备与机理研究;

(2)钙钛矿型新无铅压电材料的制备与性能优化;

(3)热膨胀可控的功能陶瓷材料(铁电、热电材料等)及其应用;

(4)极性功能钙钛矿材料的电输运性能研究。


过去的主要工作及获得的成果:

本人一直从事钙钛矿型铁电化合物的晶体结构、热膨胀及相关电学性能与机理的研究。近年来,相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Mater., 以及ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等期刊发表论文近20篇,以合作者身份在Science、Nat. Commun.、以及Phys. Rev. Lett.等期刊发表论文30余篇,总引用1400余次。取得的主要成果如下:

(1)利用高温高压制备方法,制备出一系列强极性钛酸铅基铁电化合物,首次在钛酸铅基负热膨胀材料中观察到巨大体积收缩现象(-4.8%),也引发了国内外对这类大体积收缩材料的研究热潮;

(2)提出了一种新的负热膨胀机理,为今后设计和探索新的具有强负热膨胀性的材料提供了思路;

(3)制备出了一种新的钙钛矿型无铅压电材料,进一步拓展了无铅压电材料的研究方向。


目前的研究课题及展望:

随着材料科学的飞速发展,对材料性能的要求也越来越高。采用常规的传统固相烧结方法,对于新型功能材料的制备和探索非常困难。高温高压作为一种非常规手段,可以制备出许多常规固相烧结法无法合成的新材料。本课题组近年来一直致力于从高温高压合成方法出发,探索新型多功能材料。通过结构和成分设计,采用高能同步辐射、中子衍射等大科学装置,对材料的晶体结构和磁结构进行解析,分析材料的结构与性能之间的关系,探索相关物理机理。在此基础上,设法对这些功能材料的热膨胀性进行调控,以获得低膨胀甚至零膨胀的功能材料为研究目标。针对国家需求,力争实现零膨胀结构或功能材料在国防科技上的应用。
